Presented by ARANINI Health, Girl Up Kenya, and Canopy, this curated day of connection, learning, and wellness brings together expert voices in women’s health, mental wellbeing, and career growth.

The day will feature two powerful panel conversations.
* Panel 1: My Body, My Power will focus on women’s health, personal agency, and the importance of navigating misinformation in today’s digital world. Experts will share practical insights on fertility and menstrual health, mental health in women, and holistic wellbeing through nutrition.
* Panel 2: The Busy Woman & Our Wellbeing will dive into the realities of modern womanhood — unpacking burnout, boundary-setting, and the pressure to constantly perform. Speakers will explore how to balance ambition with mental wellbeing, their entrepreneurial journeys and how to navigate life pivots with intention and grace.
